Abstract:

Estimation of the initial (maximum) contract price, including the cases of placing orders for the state needs is one of the most difficult and controversial issues. When holding a competition (tender) the initial (maximum) contract price should be fixed in the contest documents. When fixing it the customer has to take into account all the factors affecting the price such as conditions and terms of delivery, risks associated with the possible increase in prices and other charges related to the cost of goods delivery (works, services, etc.).
