Abstract:

To create innovative production an innovative breakthrough in labour capacity is required. It can only be achieved through a close collaboration of the state and the economic system. The main mover of intense economic growth is the labour of scientific and engineering personnel engaged in creating equipment and technologies of new generations. Their increased productivity means moving to a new, higher level of social productivity of labor provided by technologies of new generations.
