Abstract:

The article analyzes the investment processes in the energy sector. Based on the findings the author suggests a new model of organizing investment processes, taking into account the institutional and innovative directions. The model was developed by the example of implementing the mechanism for financing and promoting the construction of low pressure gas networks.
