Abstract:
The article presents the results of a study in the field of company strategic planning and analyzes the main trends of the enterprise’s development taking into consideration the difficult economic situation. The author examines the main features of the backlog of the national economy and characteristics of a managing entity who works under the crisis of long-term planning.
