Abstract:

The article deals with the issues of regulating the Russian financial market and it analyzes the mechanisms of systems risks decreasing. The author considers the problem of creating a national compensation system, unification of requirements to the financial market participants, implementation of risk management standards and raising the standards of equity capital sufficiency.
