Abstract:

The article considers the importance and the role of social and environmental responsibility of the construction business in the conditions of reforming the standards and legal regulations of city planning. In order to achieve an agreement between different interests the author suggests applying a mechanism of public and private partnership on the basis of voluntary environmental agreements and initiatives.
