Abstract:

In the conditions of the stock market development and the forthcoming placements (initial public offering), evaluation of securities is very important. Moreover, the depth and gravity of the current financial crisis suggests that the current methods for assessing the «fair value» of shares are far from being perfect. How to optimize these methods? Find the answer in the article.
