Abstract:

Addressing the development of utilities in the region is becoming increasingly important and necessitates the development of new methodological approaches. The authors note that the cluster organization of economic processes allows creating a reliable and efficient model for the housing complex within the framework of innovative regional development strategies. The material serves as the challenges of promoting the use of cluster approach in the housing sector and is designed for all readers of the magazine, but primarily at workers in housing industry.
