Abstract:
Success of banking business directly depends on the development of communication systems, where electronic communications play a
crucial role. The article presents the author's vision of organizing electronic communications in the system of corporate relations. The suggested approach takes into account interests of various groups participating in these relationships.
This allows to organize the information flows, to improve manageability and adaptability of a bank and to increase its efficiency.
