Abstract:

The article assesses the role of financial management system in an unstable economic environment. The authors prove the macroeconomic significance of timely and reliable information on the financial situation of economic agents. They identify weaknesses in existing approaches to assessing the financial situation of industrial enterprises and they formulate the conceptual basis of the dynamic approach.
