Modern development of the economy, reflected in the form of a new culture, lays the foundation for adapting objects of cultural heritage to the new conditions of their existence without losing their historical significance. It also makes us think about the optimization of investments in the restoration and maintenance of the state cultural heritage which subsequently will attract developers.
