Abstract:

The article analyzes the current situation with the information resources on the Internet, drawing attention to the formation of network resource, known as content. It also notes the close relationship between information, knowledge and gross domestic product. It points to the desirability of bringing to fulfill regulatory functions in the network not only industry representatives of the professional community, but also those who protect the interests of regional socioeconomic system.
