Abstract:

The need for risk management and strengthening the reliability in innovation is due to the high degree of uncertainty. The publication is proposed to divide the planning reliability into the stages, which will allow more effectively reduce the probability of adverse outcomes in the implementation of innovative projects. It also covers the basic ways of reducing the risk at all stages of the innovation program of the enterprise, because the proposed planning process reliability does not eliminate the uncertainty.
