Abstract:

The author examines the process of creating new knowledge within the quaternary sector of the economy – the sector of intelligent personalized services. Intelligent product resulting from the provision of services consists of two parts: standardized and unique. We analyze the characteristics of production and sale of each part separately, as well as their entirety. The conclusion is made about the possibility of establishing within the quaternary sector of new knowledge without the use of intellectual property institutions.
