According to the official data, the growth rate of unemployment in Russia was decreasing during 2009 and by the summer the growth stopped completely. However, most independent analysts believe that the situation on the labor market will deteriorate. Such discrepancies in data and forecasts arise from the difference of the unemployment calculation methods.
