Abstract:

Solving the problems faced at present by many Russian enterprises requires strengthening the role of public and private partnership. The article analyzes the causes and consequences of breaking the public and private partnership (PPP) mechanism by the example of a large engineering enterprise "Moskvich" OJSC.
