Negative effects of the first phase of economic reforms did not allow to fully solve the problem of insolvent enterprises and to create all necessary conditions for their financial recovery. In 2008 the financial crisis pushed enterprises in almost all the industries for many years back, putting many of them on the brink of bankruptcy. The article considers the problem of readjustment of companies. The author suggests increasing financial stabilization by means of leasing.
