The author creates a universal mechanism for organizing analytical control of the total risk based on building a system of incoming, basic and resulting components. On the basis of these provisions, the author identifies eight stages of risk management and suggests a matrix for assessing indicators used in the SNWanalysis of the strategic position and the risk management system of the company.
