Abstract:
In the period of financial instability employees of many companies feel uncomfortable at the workplace, which is the reason for the decreasing productivity and morale falls that impairs performance of organizations
in general. However, this can be avoided if the companies focus on the financial literacy of their employees. For example, if social packages of the
employees include counseling and workshops on competent management of personal finances, this will increase the level of financial literacy of the personnel. In addition it will help to develop a new profession of independent financial advisers in Russia.
