System crisis of an enterprise has certain stages of its development according to which it can take one of the following forms: management crisis, economic crisis or financial crisis. The main reason for a system crisis is the failure of the existing management system, economic resources management and financial management to meet the prescribed quality criteria. The mentioned management problems correlate with the certain stages of the system crisis.
