Abstract:

The first fundamental works devoted to the analysis of the transnationalization of the world economy appeared in the early 60-ies of the last century. During the following years interest in this problem has increased. Foreign scientists when analyzing the processes of transnationalization of economy used mainly theoretical foundations of such theories as the world division of labor and international trade, international investments and the theory of firm behavior and etc.
