Abstract:
The article examines means of communication within the trading networks and classifies all available staff communication tools. The author suggests special means of communication which increase the degree of staff participation in the information exchange, such as briefings of the staff at various levels, joint consultations, proposal schemes and quality
groups. The author has developed a communication matrix for the trading networks which allows choosing the method of information transmission depending on the target audience.
