Revival and development of the complex agricultural system is possible provided the increasing investment activities in agriculture. This involves creation of organizational and economic mechanism of managing the investment process, as well as the use of internal potential of regional economic systems which already have the driving forces and factors of self-development and self-improvement. In this connection there is a need for a systematic approach to balancing the interests of participants of investment activity.
