Abstract:

The negative periodic seasonal influence of environmental factors on the efficiency of housing and communal services is increased by the temporary short-term climatic fluctuations (thaw, cooling, etc.). The article shows that there is a direct dependence of the efficiency and sustainability of housing and communal enterprises from the seasonal changes in climate.
