Lending is the main business processes in banking activities. At the same time, along with the obtained income, lending involves a lot of credit risks, which reduce the efficiency of granted loans. To date, collateral is one of the most popular and effective ways to minimize credit risks. However, as for the collateral part of work, it remains far behind of the evolution pace of forms, methods and approaches to lending. The article is devoted to the question of optimization of mortgage (collateral) work.
