Abstract:

Economic entrepreneurship in the present conditions in a wide sense can be treated as institutional entrepreneurship. The goal of institutional entrepreneurship is to change the system of formal rules that creates the locus of the necessary progressive dynamics of the enterprise development. The enlarged goal of institutional entrepreneurship, in the author’s opinion, is the allocation of resources providing efficient functioning of the new formal rules.
