The authors show the logistic chain, in which the distributor usually occupies an intermediate position between the manufacturer and dealers, who work with end users. Distribution process is crucial for logistics because high-quality customer service is a guarantee for the future orders throughout the supply chain. Creation of effective "DRTlogistic” distribution system capable to ensure the company’s success has become the solution to the strategic marketing problem of "DRT-logistic”.
