Abstract:

The author justifies the necessity of use in the management practices of different interpretations of the concept of corporate social responsibility. Showed the following major criteria by which to formulate a corporate social responsibility for a particular company. Offered a stepwise mechanism for the perception and the principles of social responsibility.
