Abstract:
Development of global markets not only opens up new perspectives for the companies but also modifies all the organizational mechanisms.. When coming into a foreign market the enterprise has to take into account many factors related both to the external environment and the internal environment. The article presents an approach which allows taking into consideration special features of the environment when building up long-term partnerships in the new national market.
