Abstract:

In conditions of economic instability management of business entities and administration of territories should focus their attention on social issues. Implementation of social functions is not only based on existing experience, special features of territorial development and production processes but also on the application of scientific analysis. This should help to improve economic attractiveness of the regions and retain social stability in the society.
