Abstract:

The article will discuss the necessity to develop to a certain level prioritydriven and some other economic branches on the basis of existing enterprises of the scientific and industrial complex. However, not all the resources of the state are universal, some of them are limited. How to organize their distribution in such a way that not only priority-driven branches could develop? These questions are discussed in the article.
