Abstract:

The author considers the structure of attracted funds of commercial banks and emphasizes the concept of "quasi-deposits”.. He determines the criteria according to which funds are attributed to attracted resources. He gives characteristics of different forms of financing banking activities and emphasizes the deposit form of financing.
