The article discusses the Balanced Scorecard allowing to measure efficiency of practically any company. The author defines the set of key efficiency indicators for the Russian corporate structures and the basic principles of their calculation. He gives recommendations on the expediency of timely implementation of this system with the purpose to improve company’s performance both in the short and long terms.
