In order to assess effectiveness of tactical and strategic management decisions directly affecting the company’s activities the author considers applying a single-valued numerical characteristic of the enterprise’s activity for a certain period of time. This characteristic is obtained by calculating a number of financial ratios and forming a single integral criterion on their basis.
