Abstract:
The article reflects the special features of retail networks development in the period of economic crisis. The authors suggest "soft" forms of integration as one of the ways of business development in conditions of financial resources deficit. Integration is presented as an instrument of innovation diffusion, the essence of which is to quickly disseminate innovations among related organizations. This process is considered by the example of retail enterprises.
