Abstract:

The article examines the current state of primary and secondary mortgage markets. The author analyzes the situation in the market and gives examples of getting accommodation in the Moscow Region in exchange for accommodation in Moscow. This material will be interesting to readers who have already concluded mortgage contracts and have difficulties in paying off the loan.
