Abstract:

We consider approaches to the formation of intellectual capital management strategy of high-tech enterprise, based on the concept of growth in market value. Described the relationship establishment andeffective implementation of competitive strategies for high-tech enterprise with the development of components of intellectual capital. Showed algorithms of the formation of intellectual capital management strategy based on the scenario, decomposition, and integrated approaches.
