Abstract:
The article deals with the problem of the development of innovative strategies of transnational corporations (TNCs) in the modern conditions. Methodological foundations of the formation of innovation strategies of TNCs and the main stages of this process are identified. The different types of innovation strategies of TNCs and their conditions of use are determined.
