Abstract:

In modern conditions of innovative development of Russia's economy changed the processes of managing organizations, their management takes the direction on intellectualization, where a significant determinant is intellectual capital. This article identifies the main approaches to the effective management of intellectual capital of innovative company, proposed the model of management.
