The article deals with the issues of state support to agricultural organizations in the Volga Federal District, which should be focused on priorities and take into account the existing realities. Nonequivalent inter-sectoral relationships in agriculture industry, inadequate institutional and economic mechanism, the absence of adequate controls in the financial sector – all of these are problems to be solved.
