Abstract:

Recently there is a need to identify trends in order to further identify promising approaches on how to improve knowledge management. To assess the situation, the Department of Economics and Management SRSTU with Novoshakhtinsky Area Business Incubator with the assistance of the administration of Novoshakhtinsk conducted a study of a number of industrial enterprises of the city by questionnaire. The results of this survey are analyzed by the author of the study.
