The article offered a diagnostic procedure for the management of economic potential of industrial enterprises on the basis of performance and synthesized with the following definition of the integral index. A distinctive feature of the developed procedure is a holistic approach that takes into account the ability and capacity of enterprises, including industry-especially the sugar industry.
