Health-care industry as a multi-faceted social and economic mechanism to ensure the availability of high-tech medical aid for the country»s total population. In crisis conditions various diseases began to spread. The country»s population should have the availability of modern effective and safe medicine and medical products. A prerequisite condition must become the availability of skilled medical care. The authors propose mechanisms and tools that can help to complete qualitatively and quickly the reform of health care industry.
