Currently domestic and foreign researchers in most cases evaluate the regional investment climate only from the standpoint of the investor. However, it must be judged also from the standpoint of the interests of regional authorities, as each subject of the Russian Federation is interested in obtaining objective knowledge of its investment environment and its prospects to attract investors.
