Abstract:
The article analyzes the results of the survey of population for the purchase of food preferences in the trading facilities of different
sizes. The research has been held by Kant Russian State University (Kaliningrad) in April 2009. Revealed the role of trade networks in the retail sale of the Kaliningrad region in both urban and rural settlements, as well as the preferences of buyers depending on their gender, age and income level.
