Abstract:

The article considers one of the most important issues of the modern economic development of Russia - organization of innovative enterprises and high technologies development. The author points out two problems, each of which is rather significant and is linked to another one. These are the problems of building up innovative enterprises and their financing. The author notes the maximum effectiveness of such approach for the national development and raises the question of what are the most effective ways of attracting investments in innovative activities.
