Abstract:
Practice of economic management of consumer co-operation organizations is negatively characterized by a lack of analytical
forecasts and segment analysis. In this connection the author determines the aims of segment analysis, shows its role in making administrative decisions aimed at increase in efficiency of co-operative organization, examines advantages of segment analysis and proves the necessity of its application in consumer co-operation organizations.
