Abstract:

The research work contains empiric studies of the land reform from the standpoint of the institutional theory which proves the necessity of modern economic trends. Institutional basis of the land reform research determines in a full way all the factors, which have an influence on its effectiveness. Besides, it completes the methodology based on the neoclassic approach.
