The author of the article contemplates the ecological problems that world economic faces nowadays. He describes the expansion of modern production technologies and existing system of economic cooperation, economic tools specified by Kyoto protocol as well as carries out the analysis of project approval schemes. The article also includes the possible ways of projects development after Kyoto protocol expires.
