Abstract:

The article deals with a process-cost approach to business and the tools that are rarely used by managers. Offered an algorithm for achieving the increase in the cost of a group of companies united by a chain of value creation for the buyer; justified criteria for evaluating the strategies for integration, given a computation of receipt of the synergies resulting from integration.
